The festival uses the streets of historic downtown, where Montrose Street, Minneola Avenue, DeSoto Street, West Avenue and Eighth Street meet on the hill above Lake Minneola. Main Street gives 752 W. Montrose St. as the address, the same spot as the Sunday farmers market.

What to know before you go

  • It’s Halloween. Costumes are part of the day, and the contest takes pets as well as people. The city’s free Scaremont: Halloween on the Trail is a separate event on Tuesday, Oct. 27, at Waterfront Park.
  • Vendors: apply through the Clermont Main Street Vendor Hub. Main Street says it never books vendors or food trucks through an events company or private individuals, and anyone asking for money on its behalf is a scammer.
