Breakfast in Clermont clusters on South U.S. 27 around Steves Road, where three breakfast restaurants and a bagel shop stand close together, and along State Road 50, where the coffee drive-thrus and a bagel cafe sit between the Citrus Tower and Hancock Road. Downtown, a cafe on Montrose Street and a coffee bar on Eighth Street sit a short walk from Lake Minneola.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the city limits, which also feed our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 8, 2026. We added places from the state’s restaurant license records and their own websites, and we checked every address against the city limits with the U.S. Census Bureau’s address lookup. Places with a Clermont mailing address at Four Corners, Cagan Crossings and Sunrise Plaza are in unincorporated Lake County, so they are not here. Clermont Cafe has no website; the state license record confirms it and gives its phone. Two chain restaurants on State Road 50 and U.S. 27 are left off this time because their location pages would not open for us; we will try again at the next check. The list is alphabetical. Another Broken Egg Cafe at 2633 S. U.S. Highway 27 serves breakfast, brunch and lunch with a full bar and brunch cocktails. Its page lets diners order online or join the waitlist.

Bagel Bros Cafe at 1640 E. Highway 50 bakes its bagels on site twice a day, at 6:30 a.m. and 9 a.m., its site says, with specialty cream cheeses, breakfast and sandwiches. It also caters. A second Bagel Bros at Sunrise Plaza is outside the city limits.

Brooklyn Water Bagel at 2605 S. U.S. Highway 27 is a bagel and breakfast chain. Its location page gives the address and phone but not the hours, so call ahead.

Clermont Cafe at 824 W. Montrose St. is a cafe in downtown Clermont. It has no website.

Dunkin’ has three stores in the city, on State Road 50 east of U.S. 27, on South U.S. 27 and at 17330 Highway 50 on the city’s east side, all serving coffee, espresso drinks, doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches.

Energy Lab Cafe on Eighth Street downtown offers origin coffees, its own tea blends, and all-natural juices and smoothies, near Lake Minneola.

First Watch at 1600 Hancock Road makes breakfast, brunch and lunch to order and takes an online waitlist.

IHOP at 2589 S. U.S. Highway 27 lists pancakes, omelets, waffles and eggs Benedict and says it is open 24 hours.

Just Love Coffee Cafe at 1615 E. Highway 50 is a coffee cafe with a food menu of savory breakfast and lunch items.

Keke’s Breakfast Cafe at 2435 S. U.S. Highway 27 serves pancakes, waffles, French toast and omelets, plus cocktails, catering and delivery. It closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Starbucks has two stores in the city, at State Road 50 and Hancock Road and on South U.S. 27 near Winsley. Both list cafe seating, outdoor seating and a drive-thru.

Waffle House at 2480 E. Highway 50 is the round-the-clock chain’s Clermont restaurant, serving waffles, hash browns and egg breakfasts.
