Patios and outdoor dining in Clermont: Lake Minneola and beyond

Clermont’s outdoor tables are spread out. Downtown, Salt Shack on the Lake sits on the shore of Lake Minneola off Osceola Street. The View at Clermont National has outdoor seating and a sports patio beside a mini golf course and driving range. The rest are on the commercial corridors: on or near South U.S. 27, and on State Road 50 at Hancock Road.

How we made this list. We started with OpenStreetMap, the data behind our local directory, which tags only a few places in the city with outdoor seating. So we read the websites of the restaurants and cafes inside the city limits on Oct. 9, 2026, and kept only places whose own site says it has a patio, an open-air area or outdoor seating. Many downtown restaurants, cafes and breweries did not mention outdoor seating on their own sites, so they are not listed here; ask when you go. We checked every address against Lake County’s address records to make sure it is inside the city limits. The list is alphabetical. The places

Another Broken Egg Cafe on South U.S. 27 serves breakfast, brunch and lunch. Its location page lists patio dining, a full bar, carryout, catering and an online waitlist. It closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Miller’s Ale House on South Grand Highway, just off U.S. 27, is a sports bar and restaurant. Its page invites guests to grab a spot on its open-air patio or in the dining room, and notes that closing times can change around major sporting events.

Salt Shack on the Lake at 846 W. Osceola St. is the Clermont location of a Tampa seafood restaurant. Its site describes a lakefront spot on Lake Minneola in historic downtown, with wild-caught seafood, cocktails and dining and patio areas, and it takes large-party reservations through its contact page.

Starbucks has two stores in the city, at State Road 50 and Hancock Road and on South U.S. 27 near Winsley. Both store pages list outdoor seating, and both have a drive-thru.

The View at Clermont National at 2601 Clermont National Drive is a food marketplace and bar with outdoor seating and a sports patio, its site says. It sits next to an 18-hole mini golf course and a driving range, lists outdoor yard games and live music on weekends, and hosts private events.
