11 ice cream, gelato, custard, frozen yogurt and dessert shops inside Clermont's city limits, downtown and on State Road 50 and U.S. 27, with hours.
Last checked Oct. 9, 2026. Refreshed every three months.
Clermont’s dessert shops split between downtown, where an ice cream and frozen yogurt shop, a gelato shop, a soda shop and a crepe counter sit within a few blocks of Lake Minneola, and State Road 50 east of U.S. 27, where the chains are. A walk-up custard stand and a cookie shop are on South U.S. 27.
How we made this list. We started with OpenStreetMap, the data behind our local directory, and added shops from the state’s restaurant license records and from the chains’ own store pages. We checked each one against its own website on Oct. 9, 2026, and checked every address against Lake County’s address records to make sure it is inside the city limits. Shops with no website of their own are kept only where the state shows an active license at the address. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these shops? Write to us to correct your entry.
