Most of Clermont’s Mexican and Tex-Mex places are on State Road 50, from the sit-down restaurants near U.S. 27 east to Hancock Road and the Collina Terrace plaza on the city’s east side. South U.S. 27 has a family Mexican restaurant and a Chipotle, and downtown has a cantina on West Minneola Avenue and a taco kiosk off Montrose Street.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the city limits, which also feed our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 8, 2026. We added places from the state’s restaurant license and inspection records and their own websites, and we checked every address against the city limits with the U.S. Census Bureau’s address lookup. The Moe’s Southwest Grill and Chipotle with Clermont addresses on U.S. 27 at Four Corners and Cagan Crossings are in unincorporated Lake County, so they are not here. One place, Taco Maniaa, has no website; the state inspected it in September 2026, and its phone number comes from its state license record. The list is alphabetical. Ay! Jalisco at 580 E. Highway 50 calls itself a Mexican restaurant built on fresh ingredients. Its ordering site splits the menu into starters, a taqueria section and antojitos Mexicanos, with pickup, delivery and scheduled orders.

Chili’s Grill & Bar on State Road 50 near Hancock Road is the Tex-Mex chain’s Clermont restaurant. Its page lists a weekday happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., pickup, delivery and alcohol to go.

Chipotle Mexican Grill has three stores in the city: on State Road 50 east of U.S. 27, on South U.S. 27 and in the Collina Terrace plaza on the east side. Each builds burritos, bowls, tacos and quesadillas to order, with online ordering.

Pepe’s Cantina at 794 W. Minneola Ave. is the downtown branch of a Florida group of Mexican cantinas. Its page takes reservations and online orders.

San Jose’s Original Mexican Restaurant at 4315 S. U.S. Highway 27 belongs to a Central Florida family of Mexican restaurants with locations from Altamonte Springs to Winter Garden. Its site offers online ordering, catering and private events.

Taco Bell has three Clermont stores, on Hammock Ridge Road, on State Road 50 by the Citrus Tower and on Collina Terrace. All list a drive-thru, dine-in, breakfast, late-night hours and delivery.

Taco Maniaa is a taco counter in the kiosks at 793 W. Montrose St. downtown. It has no website; the state inspected it Sept. 1.

Tijuana Flats at 2560 E. Highway 50 is a Florida Tex-Mex chain. Its menu lists burritos made “Tijuana Style” with cheese, jalapenos, onions, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, along with tacos and quesadillas.
